SHIPPING & RETURNS

What is the time frame in which my order will be processed?


All orders are processed within 2 -14 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.


NOTE: Items on pre-order will take up to 7 - 14 days to ship. Frequent updates will be shared.

How are the shipping charges organized?


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us, and we will look into it for you.

Order Delays:


Please note that shipping delays may occur due to various circumstances. During holidays, our shipping partners experience high-volume shipping orders, reducing transit speed. A high number of pre-order items may also cause delays. 
Once packages reach our shipping partners, Soul + Prayer no longer has control, nor is responsible for any delays or similar circumstances that may happen during this time. If an order is lost within that process, please contact us.

No refunds are currently available. 


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at soulandprayerteam@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these case-by-case but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
